On-Line Registration

Once you complete your audition and are told which ensemble you will be performing with, it is time to register.  Here is what you need to do:.

1) Submit completed information below;

2) Make a payment toward the semester or annual dues;

3) Print out the forms that need a signature, fill them out and mail or return to CYO at a rehearsal;

4) If you need tuition assistance print the scholarship request form, fill it out and mail or return to CYO at a rehearsal.

5) Who is eligible for a scholarship?
