8:00 am - leave from North County Church of Christ in Escondido
for Julian
9:30 am - arrive in Julian
9:30 - 9:45 am - unload and ready
for rehearsal
10:00 - 11:30 am - rehearsal full symphony and symphonic
11:40 - 1:20 pm - coaching session
1:30 pm lunch and lodging

2:15 - 5:15 pm full rehearsals - symphony and symphonic
5:15 - 6:00 pm Quiet time - no games; study, read, practice or rest
6:00 - 6:45 pm - dinner
7:00 - 9:00 pm rehearsal
9:00 - 11:00 pm free time, smores,
campfire...
11:30 pm in rooms
12:00 midnight - lights out!
Sunday September 4
8:00 am - wake up and breakfast
8:30 - 11:00 am full rehearsal - symphony and symphonic
11:00 - 1:00 scheduled activities
1:00 pm - lunch
1:30 - 3:20 pm - afternoon coaching session
3:30 - 5:15 pm rehearsal symphony and symphonic
6:00 pm Dinner
6:45 - 8:45 pm Full orchestra
9:00 - 11:00 pm Movies, games, free

12:00 midnight - lights out!

move out of lodges.
