for your Australian visa HERE.
It is very easy with your passport and a credit card handy. Print out
the acknowledgement page with your ETA number on it, put it with your
passport and turn both in to CYO.

Supplement for
double occupancy for 12 hotel nights, per person is $180
(for anyone requesting double occupancy or adults who have been assigned double
occupancy).
Supplement for
adults who need to stay at hotels for three nights in New Zealand while the
musicians stay with host families;
